    Abstract: A coupling device for connecting two ports to one pipe comprises a one piece metal cup drawn to a special shape that receives a mounting flange at one end for securing it over at least two ports and a pipe engaging collar at the other end and is of a construction such that the collar can be disposed at various angles. The device is formed to its special final shape by pressing an axial portion thereof around two mandrels by means of pressure applied transversely to its longitudinal axis.
