    Abstract: An improved mixing device for combining two virtually immiscible substances. The device has a first inlet section for receiving a first substance, a second inlet section for receiving a second substance, a coupling structure to couple the first inlet section to the second inlet section, a mixing and expansion chamber adjacent to a first nozzle on the first inlet section for mixing the two substances conveyed to the mixing and expansion chamber, and a second coupling structure to couple the first inlet section to the second inlet section by way of a recirculation loop for further mixing and final discharge of the mixed substances.
