  • Publication number: 20240118510
Abstract: A bladed chassis system facilitates installation of the bladed chassis system and replacement of the blades at the chassis. For example, a front panel of the blade can be opened either upwardly or downwardly at the discretion of the user. Blades can be inserted and removed from the front and/or the rear of the bladed chassis system at the discretion of the user. • Patent number: 5579858
Abstract: An automotive air intake assembly having a conduit is integrally molded to a rigid plastic striker plate without the need of additional fasteners or adhesives. The striker plate has an annular planar portion and a beveled portion surrounding the planar portion. The planar portion has first and second surfaces and a plurality of apertures therethrough. The first surface mates with an air cleaner. Members on the second surface bisect the apertures and form an attaching surface. An elastomeric conduit is integrally molded about the attaching surface to permanently fasten the conduit to the striker plate.

  • Patent number: 5558176
Abstract: An automotive air intake system for sealing against a hood having a shear closure movement. A striker assembly having a rigid striker plate and a flexible conduit attaches to the interior of the hood. A stationary air cleaner plate having a planar sealing surface surrounds an air cleaner opening. The striker plate strikes the air cleaner plate and compresses the conduit when the hood is moved to a partially closed position. The bellows opening mates with the air cleaner opening when the hood is moved to a closed position.
