Abstract: The decorative bow is provided which includes a plurality of ribbon-like strands that are folded in alternating directions to give the strand a zigzagging shape. The zigzagging strands of the decorative bow are held together at a common point with the ends of the strands running loose to provide a “cascading” look. This structure of the decorative bow can be used to provide many variations in the overall look by, for example, using ribbon materials with different colors and reflective effects or adjusting the lengths of the strands in the bow to give a layered appearance. The decorative bow may be secured to a base member (commonly called a “bow chip”), which may have a section for receiving printed indicia for display and an adhesive backing that allows the decorative bow to be attached easily to a desired object.

Abstract: A decorative accessory includes an adhesive attachment tab connected by formable wire segments to at least two cards. The formable wire may be formed into a desired shape by hand to extend outward from the attachment tab in a cantilever fashion. The adhesive attachment tab can be secured to gift packages or gift bags. The cards are highly visible when the wire is formed into a selected shape. One of the cards may announce the special occasion for the gift while the other card may announce who the gift is from. A bow or other decoration may be attached to the attachment tab to increase the aesthetics.

Abstract: A decorative bow is disclosed which comprises at least one sheet of material that is gathered around an insert and fastened together in a gathered configuration with a tie. A bow chip may be attached to the bow. The bow chip provides a stable backing on which information may be printed. The bow chip may include a removable pull-off strip exposing adhesive enabling the end user to affix the bow to a desired object.
