    Abstract: A lifter mounting assembly for a refuse receptacle lifter is disclosed. The lifter includes a fixed support adapted to be fixedly mounted to a refuse collection facility. A movable support is carried by the fixed support, with the movable support being adapted for mounting a refuse receptacle lifter thereon. The movable support is movable relative to the fixed support under force exerted by the lifter when lifting a refuse receptacle. A load cell is positioned for actuation by movement of the movable support relative to the fixed support.
