  • Patent number: 10649399
Abstract: A replaceable unit for an electrophotographic image forming device includes a housing having a reservoir for holding toner. An electrical connector is positioned on a first side of the housing. The electrical connector includes an electrical contact for contacting a corresponding electrical contact in the image forming device and a magnetic sensor electrically connected to the electrical contact. The electrical connector is movable between a first position and a second position. When the electrical connector moves from the first position to the second position, the electrical contact of the replaceable unit moves from a retracted position to an operative position. When the electrical connector moves from the first position to the second position, the magnetic sensor moves from a misaligned position to an aligned position with a point in a path of movement of a magnet for sensing a magnetic field of the magnet.

  • Patent number: 10646024
Abstract: A heavy-duty, load bearing, partially sun-screening, water-resistant, SUV soft-top for perpendicular suspension between the roll bars on the rooftop frame over the front passenger compartment of a convertible SUV comprising, a rectangular panel with longitudinal flat-hemmed sleeve edges and a pair of longitudinal webbings for fastening around the roll bars by means of fasteners. When human weight is applied on the soft-top panel, it flexes down and both the longitudinal webbings rise up to provide armrests stabilizers for the user. The webbings are tightened with tension buckles. The Jammock soft-top is installed on the roof top of a convertible SUV after removal of the existing hard, or soft-top.

  • Patent number: 10615834
Abstract: A two-way communication device with detachable transmitter and method of operation receives and/or sends communication signals. The device includes a receiver portion for receiving communication signals, and a transmitter portion for transmitting communication signals. The receiver and the transmitter may or may not be independently operational when detached. This detachability allows the receiver portion to be carried into secure areas where transmitters are not allowed without losing ability to be contacted. To indicate detachment, the receiver detects that the transmitter is detached via a signal pin. An indicator portion visually indicates whether the transmitter is detached or attached to the receiver. A control unit regulates communication signals with the receiver and transmitter. A user interface unit enables inputting and receiving data for communications. A housing protects the receiver and transmitter.

  • Publication number: 20200104169
Abstract: Disclosed are risk visualisation methods and systems of a production environment tool. Tasks are delivered to a task board in an arrangement that indicates how long the tasks have been on the board, that is, the defined time period. For each task, a penetration value is calculated which is derived from the time elapsed since the initiation time of the task as a percentage of the defined time period. A criterion of a percentile value of the tasks establishes a subset of the tasks that have lower penetration values. Then by determining a specific task in the subset of the sequence of tasks that is at the high end of the percentile value, a visual indication of that specific task on the board provides notice to an observer of the board of whether there is a risk that the resource is falling behind in task completion.

  • Patent number: 10604024
Abstract: A handheld device for jump starting a vehicle engine includes a rechargeable lithium ion battery pack (32) and a microcontroller (1). The lithium ion battery is coupled to a power output port of the device through a power switch circuit (15) actuated by the microcontroller. A vehicle battery isolation sensor (12) connected in circuit with positive and negative polarity outputs detects the presence of a vehicle battery (72) connected between the positive and negative polarity outputs. A reverse polarity sensor (10) connected in circuit with the positive and negative polarity outputs detects the polarity of a vehicle battery connected between the positive and negative polarity outputs, such that the microcontroller will enable power to be delivered from the lithium ion power pack to the output port only when a good battery is connected to the output port and only when the battery is connected with proper polarity of positive and negative terminals.
