Abstract: A method of cutting a tubular includes providing a rotatable cutting tool in the tubular, the cutting tool having a blade with a cutting structure thereon; extending the blade relative to the cutting tool; rotating the cutting tool relative to the tubular; guiding the cutting structure into contact with the tubular; cutting the tubular using the blade; and limiting extension of the blade.

Abstract: A router bit vise that holds and prevents the rotation of a router bit in a selected direction. It includes a tool housing and a cylindrical throughbore. Located in the throughbore is a one-way clutch assembly sized to accept a router bit shank. When inserted into the one-way clutch passageway, the router bit shank is engaged by the one-way clutch mechanism preventing movement in one rotational sense and allowing freewheeling movement in the opposite sense. No externally applied clamping force is required. With the router bit shank engaged with the one-way clutch circumferential rotation of the router bit is controlled allowing for bit maintenance, including cleaning, sharpening and most importantly enabling the application of the torque necessary to tighten or loosen a router bit fastener with no potential for shank slipping or damage.

Abstract: Apparatus, computer readable medium, and a method for clinician decision support for behavior modification of a patient, the method including in response to receiving information identifying the patient, retrieving stored patient data from a database, and displaying portions of the retrieved patient data for a clinician to update during a clinical session; and, in response to receiving a selection for finding a new target behavior to achieve the goals of the patient, displaying a plurality of target behaviors for the patient to achieve the goals of the patient; and, in response to receiving a selection of one of the plurality of displayed target behaviors as the new target behavior, adding the selected one of the plurality of displayed target behaviors to the target behaviors of the patient. The method may facilitate the conduct of behavioral modification counseling by eliciting patient feedback and recording patient progress in negotiated tasks.
