Abstract: A multi-functional padfolio is provided herein. The padfolio has a front cover and a back cover, wherein the front cover and back cover are foldably connected via a spine portion. The padfolio has a pen pod detachably affixed to an interior surface of the spine portion, wherein the pen pod is configured to receive at least one pen a foldable stand coupled to an inner surface of the front cover, wherein the foldable stand is securable in at least two positions, a rotatable holder coupled to the foldable stand, wherein the rotatable holder is configured to securely hold an electronic device, a wireless charging pad disposed beneath the inner surface of the front cover, wherein the wireless charging pad is configured to wirelessly charge the electronic device.

Abstract: A writing implement with storage enclosure disclosed is adapted for attaching to a surface of, or being integrated with, a range of objects for convenient access. The writing implement is length-compressible for compact retention in an associated storage enclosure, and extendable for greater ease of use. Retained in the storage enclosure, the top of the writing implement is flush, or nearly flush with the opening of the storage enclosure.
