    Abstract: Systems and methods for use in identifying and correcting intermittent utility service outages. Service interruptions associated with a site are identified. An interruption occurrence rate corresponding to the site is determined based at least in part on the identified service interruptions. An intermittent outage notification is transmitted to a remote device when the determined interruption occurrence rate exceeds a predetermined maximum interruption occurrence rate.
