Abstract: Disclosed herein are combinatorial libraries of multiple-ligand-conjugated nucleic acids. Each library member is affixed to a support such as a microarray chip or encoded bead. The nucleic acid of each member is an oligonudeotide hairpin or multiple hybridized oligonucleotides, and preferably comprises a small bioactive nucleic acid. Small bioactive nucleic acids include decoys, antisense nucleic acids, and immunostimulators.
