    Abstract: An accessory bracket is provided for mounting an accessory, such as a mirror or other instrument, close to the field of vision of a pilot of a boat, for instance. The bracket is mounted to a tower or other structure with a mount forming a clamp so that the bracket and an attached accessory are above the lines of sight of the pilot, thereby avoiding obstructing the pilot's view of the environment of the boat. The bracket includes an arm extending from the mount and a post extending from the arm. The mount is adjustable relative to the structure, and the bracket is accordingly adjustable. The accessory is mounted to the post and is adjustable relative to the post such that the accessory may rotate around the post and may pivot relative to the post. The arm may include a hinge for raising and lowering a portion of the arm and the attached post and accessory.

    Abstract: The present spark plug is of the encapsulated design and facilitates the life of the spark plug, enhances the combustion process and reduces emissions. The position of an ignition chamber of the spark plug is substantially within a combustion chamber of an engine. The configuration of a parabolic end forms the ignition chamber, reduces the heat transferred to the spark plug and increases the life of the spark plug. The configuration or design of the spark plug makes the manufacturing process less costly and facilitates the combustion process by using one of a single orifice or a plurality of orifices positioned at and in a preestablished manner. The configuration will reduce or eliminate pre-ignition and other detonation problems enabling the timing to be advanced further reducing emissions.

The bracket is removably attached and secured to the vehicle and to the superstructure so that it may be removed, or replaced without altering or damaging the superstructure, and so that weld seams are not used. The arcuate face and a second face of the support structure that secures to the boat are set an angle provides a properly erect angle to the superstructure when the bracket, boat, and superstructure are secured.

The process comprises contacting a tetraalkylonium halide with a metal perfluoroalkyl sulfonate to produce a mixture; allowing the second mixture to produce an aqueous upper layer and a separate lower liquid layer; separating the lower liquid layer from the upper aqueous layers to produce a product layer; optionally washing the product layer with 1 to 10 volumes of water, based on the volume of the product layer at a temperature of about 50° C. to about 100° C. to produce a washed product layer; and drying the product layer or washed product.
