  • Patent number: 12578026
Abstract: A diverter valve assembly is provided, including a diverter valve chamber, an inlet to the diverter valve chamber, a first outlet, a second outlet, a first fluid flow path from the inlet to the first outlet, a second fluid flow path from the inlet to the second outlet, a diverter valve member, and a motor coupled to the diverter valve member. The motor drives movement of the diverter valve member within the valve chamber between a first end point and a second end point located further from the motor than the first end point. When the diverter valve member is at the first end point the second fluid flow path is open and the first fluid flow path is closed. When the diverter valve member is at the second end point the second fluid flow path is closed and the first fluid flow path is open.

  • Patent number: 12515818
Abstract: A satellite system may have a constellation of communications satellites that provides services to users with electronic devices such as portable electronic devices and home/office equipment. A network operations center may use gateways to communicate with the satellite constellation. The satellite constellation may include sets of satellites with different orbits such as circular orbits with different inclinations, sets of satellites with elliptic orbits, sets of satellites with circular orbits of different altitudes including low earth orbits, medium earth orbits, and/or geosynchronous orbits, sets of satellites with sun synchronous orbits, and/or sets of satellites with other orbits. The orbits of the satellites in the constellation may be selected to provide coverage to desired user population concentrations at different locations on the Earth, while reducing the amount of capacity that goes unused (e.g., is idle) at one or more times of day.

  • Publication number: 20250342264
Abstract: Techniques are provided for identity-based varied digital human responses. One method comprises obtaining a query, for a digital human, based on an input from a user; obtaining information characterizing permissions of the user based on an identity authentication of the user; obtaining a response to the query from a language model, wherein the response comprises content having an associated access restriction; determining whether the user is authorized to access the content by comparing the permissions of the user to the access restriction; and providing, by the digital human, a response to the user based on a result of the determining. A physical security of an environment of the user and/or a presence of one or more additional users in the environment may be evaluated to determine whether the user is authorized to access the content.

  • Patent number: 12450080
Abstract: In one example described herein a system can intercept, using a webhook, a container command issued to a user interface of a container orchestration platform. In response to intercepting the container command, the system can determine that the container command violates a security policy. In response to determining that the container command violates the security policy, the system can prevent the container command from being executed in relation to a container of the container orchestration platform.

  • Publication number: 20250209182
Abstract: A vulnerability with respect to a file in a continuous integration (CI) pipeline can be suppressed according to some aspects described herein. For example, a computing system can determine that the vulnerability is suppressible. In response to determining the vulnerability is suppressible, the computing system can automatically adjust a status of the vulnerability from an observed state that prevents deployment of the file to a suppressed state that allows the deployment of the file. The computing system additionally can determine a security risk of deploying the file. The suppressed state of the vulnerability can exclude the vulnerability from the determination of the security risk. The computing system can deploy the file in the CI pipeline subsequent to automatically adjusting the status of the vulnerability to the suppressed state.

  • Publication number: 20250156954
Abstract: A system and method allows an advisor to identify allocations of investments to each of several model portfolios in each of several investment strategies selected by the advisor, and to select asset classes to use and features to supply, as well as to select a primary and secondary investment to use for tax loss harvesting. Each of several investors is linked to an advisor and prompted with questions whose answers provide an initial assignment of the investor to an investment strategy from among those selected by the advisor to which the investor is linked and a model portfolio of that strategy. Investments are made and redeemed and rebalancing occurs in accordance with the model portfolio of the investor and the allocations of the advisor for that model portfolio.

  • Patent number: 12265629
Abstract: A vulnerability with respect to an image file in a continuous integration (CI) pipeline can be suppressed according to some aspects described herein. For example, a processor can receive an alert for the vulnerability with the CI pipeline being able to block deployment of the image file in response to the alert. Based on the alert, the processor can determine that the vulnerability of the image file is deferrable. After determining that the vulnerability is deferrable, the processor can automatically adjust a status of the vulnerability from an observed state to a deferred state. The CI pipeline can allow the deployment of the image file based on the status of the vulnerability being in the deferred state. The processor can deploy the image file in the CI pipeline after adjusting the status of the vulnerability to the deferred state.

  • Patent number: 11860594
Abstract: A building comprises a network of energy storage and energy consuming assets, which is connected to an alternating current electric supply grid having a normal frequency through an energy management system linked to a server. The energy management system measures over a period of time the energy consumption against time of the energy consuming assets and stores the measurements taken and measures over a period of time the energy stored against time in the energy storing assets and stores the measurements taken. The measurements of energy consumption and energy stored are used to derive the base net energy need in particular time periods. The net energy need in individual time periods is exported to one or more third parties.

  • Patent number: 11728683
Abstract: Systems, methods and apparatus for wireless charging are disclosed. A charging device has a plurality of charging cells provided on a charging surface, a charging circuit and a controller. The controller may be configured to cause the charging circuit to provide a charging current to a resonant circuit when a receiving device is placed on the charging surface, provide a measurement slot by causing the charging circuit to decrease or terminate the charging current for a period of time and determine whether the receiving device has been removed from the charging surface based on measurement of a characteristic of the resonant circuit during the measurement slot. The characteristic of the resonant circuit may be representative of electromagnetic coupling between a transmitting coil in the resonant circuit and a receiving coil in the receiving device.
