Abstract: The invention relates to applying an anonymous interactive behavioral analytic process that allows teams to measure how the interactions between team members' interactive behaviors in six key indicators including, communication, accountability, feedback, emotional intelligence, structures, and cohesion. This method is configured to determine the effectiveness of the team which is measured by a team effectiveness score and a measure of the monetary cost of lost productivity. The invention also relates to a method of gauging productivity within an organization and more particularly estimating the financial performance of the organization based on the employee and management efficiency and work methods.
