  • Publication number: 20230364321
Abstract: A surgical apparatus includes a robotic system having a plurality of arm members. Each of the plurality of arm members is coupled to each adjacent arm member, and at least one of the plurality of arm members includes a first receiver and a second receiver. The apparatus further includes an aspirator having a handpiece, a connector extending from the handpiece, a horn coupled to the handpiece a flue coaxially disposed about the horn. The handpiece is received by the first receiver and the flue is received by the second receiver, such that the aspirator remains axially aligned relative to the at least one of the plurality of arm members when the robotic system is manipulated.

  • Publication number: 20190159793
Abstract: A surgical handpiece nosecone having an end overmold portion and/or an internal overmold portion. The end overmold portion may be located at an end of the nosecone and compressed between the surgical handpiece housing and nosecone. The internal overmold portion may be positioned radially about the nosecone on the inner surface to provide a fluid tight seal that prevents ingress of irrigation fluid into the housing. The flue may include one or more overmold portions.

  • Patent number: 8169859
Abstract: A clock assembly having a primary body in the shape of a type of animal. The primary body has a front face and a back face, and the secondary body has a front portion and a back portion. The primary and secondary bodies each have substantially circular openings with inner surfaces that are configured for selective receipt of a clock. At least a portion of the secondary body is secured to at least a portion of the secondary body, such that when the primary body and the secondary body are secured together, the substantially circular openings of the primary and secondary bodies are flush with one another. The clock assembly has at least one eyepiece. The outer surface of a clock having a clock display and a housing is mounted inside the inner surface of the opening of the primary body and the inner surface of the opening of the secondary body.
