Abstract: A breathing device for intra-oral use particularly useful to increase the air flow through the nares, the nasal passages, pharynx, and larynx of a user includes a generally U-shaped member curved in an arch to conform to a user's upper dentition, edentulous maxillary ridges, or any prosthetic device. The U-shaped member is provided with at least one wall having a depth slightly greater than the vertical dimension of a user's upper dentition and a receptacle to receive the upper dentition, edentulous ridge, or prosthetic device.

Abstract: A device for collecting uncontaminated liquid specimens, particularly, urine specimens from adult females, adult males and pediatric males. The device includes an elongated flexible tubular conduit member having a funnel-shaped opening at one end to be in sealing relationship with a urethra or glans penis and a discharge end to be received within a sample container. The sample container includes an opening with a sealing member therein to receive the discharge end of the elongated flexible tubular conduit member in an open position for receiving a urine specimen therein and in a closed position when the discharge end of the elongated flexible tubular conduit member is withdrawn.

Abstract: A toilet seat handle device for attachment to a toilet seat as an aid to raising and lowering the toilet seat without having to actually touch the seat. The handle is attached at one of its ends to the toilet seat and the other end projects outwardly beyond the periphery thereof wherein the outwardly extending portion is made from a flexible material.

The support is attached to the face shielding panel and lays on the wearer's chest. In one embodiment, the support is suspended from the wearer's neck by a flexible band which fits around the wearer's neck. In another embodiment, the support is suspended from the wearer's shoulders by shoulder engaging hook members. The face shield device may also include means to protect the wearer from ultra-violet radiation or other types of radiation harmful to the face and eyes.
