  • Patent number: 9940611
Abstract: A new terminal is seamlessly and securely integrated to an existing (primary) Wi-Fi network within an operating environment at a restaurant location. The location includes a data management server (DMS) for managing the local operations of devices operating there. The device being installed at the location is auto-configured into the primary Wi-Fi network by being provided with a default Wi-Fi profile that only enables the device to be activated on an activation Wi-Fi network also available at the location. Once the device activates to the Wi-Fi activation network, it requests activation onto the primary Wi-Fi network from a cloud-based data center. The data center requests an activation password from the local DMS. The local DMS generates an activation bundle, which is then returned and eventually instantiated on the device to complete the activation. Once activated, the device updates its Wi-Fi profile to now executed on the primary Wi-Fi network.

  • Patent number: 9314858
Abstract: A table miter saw includes a motor assembly and tilt plate assembly holding a blade within a table slot. The blade is mounted to the motor below a table supported by a glide assembly situated within a frame. A handle assembly and the tilt plate assembly are attached to the glide assembly and move the blade longitudinally within the slot. Control knobs operate a shaft to move gears within the tilt plates and change the angle of the blade. A brake lock assembly locks the angle of the blade. The height of the blade is set using a blade height lock in connection with the handle assembly. Mirrored miter fences are connected to the table top with gears for uniform angle change.

  • Patent number: 9264241
Abstract: A new table-side device is seamlessly and securely integrated to an existing (primary) Wi-Fi network within an operating environment at a restaurant location. The location includes a data management server (DMS) for managing the local operations of devices operating there. The device being installed at the location is auto-configured into the primary Wi-Fi network by being provided with a default Wi-Fi profile that only enables the device to be activated on an activation Wi-Fi network also available at the location. • Publication number: 20120204688
Abstract: A table miter saw includes a motor assembly and tilt plate assembly holding a blade for angular adjustment within a table slot. The blade is mounted to the motor below a table supported by a glide assembly situated within a frame. A handle assembly and the tilt plate assembly are attached to the glide assembly and move the blade longitudinally within the slot. The tilt plates are attached to a shaft between the miter side and the table side of the saw and control knobs operate the shaft to move gears within the tilt plates and change the angle of the blade. The tilt plate assembly moves along the shaft when the blade moves. A brake lock assembly in connection with the control knobs locks the angle of the blade. The height of the blade is set using a blade height lock in connection with the handle assembly for operation during miter cuts, which in addition includes a blade height stop for use during table saw operation.

  • Patent number: 6401584
Abstract: A miter cutting guide apparatus is provided to aid in the making of miter cuts used on wood millwork as trim around floors, walls, doors, cabinets and the like and which can also be used on ceramics such as for tile cutting. Two miter arms are pivotally attached by a pivot locking means such as a screw. Each miter arm has a complementary base resting underneath and being guidably received by each miter arm, thereby allowing each miter arm to reciprocate along its complementary base.
