  • Patent number: 12272551
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure relate to methods for selectively removing metal material from the top surface and sidewalls of a feature. The metal material which is covered by a flowable polymer material remains unaffected. In some embodiments, the metal material is formed by physical vapor deposition resulting in a relatively thin sidewall thickness. Any metal material remaining on the sidewall after removal of the metal material from the top surface may be etched by an additional etch process. The resulting metal layer at the bottom of the feature facilitates selective metal gapfill of the feature.

  • Publication number: 20250077900
Abstract: A method executed by a computing device includes determining to extend knowledge within a knowledge database for an object represented by linked entigens of an entigen group based on a deficiency of the entigen group. The method further includes determining a set of identigens for each word of a phrase associated with the object to produce sets of identigens. The method further includes interpreting the sets of identigens to determine a most likely meaning interpretation of the phrase and produce a new entigen group. The method further includes updating the entigen group utilizing the new entigen group to produce a curated entigen group such that a deficiency of the entigen group is resolved providing more accurate and more complete knowledge of the object.

  • Publication number: 20250003827
Abstract: An edge device receives sensor data from a sensor affixed to a moveable gate. The edge device determines the positional state of the moveable gate based on the sensor data by inputting the received data into a machine learning model or by comparing the sensor data to values associated with a positional state through a calibration process. The edge device stores a log that associates the positional state and sensor data. The edge device determines the health state of the moveable gate using a machine learning model that is trained to predict, based on input of a new log, the health state of the gate. Responsive to determining that the health state of the gate is unhealthy, the edge device triggers a remedial action.
