Abstract: An apparatus and method are provided for storing a plurality of translation entries in a cache, each translation entry corresponding to one of a plurality of page table entries and defining a translation between a first address and a second address, and encoding control information indicative of an attribute of each page table entry; returning, in response to a lookup querying a first lookup address, a corresponding second address when the first lookup address corresponds to one of the plurality of translation entries stored in the cache; modifying at least some of the control information in response to notification of a modification of the attribute in a page table entry; and retaining in the cache at least one translation entry corresponding to the page table entry for use in a subsequent address lookup querying a corresponding first lookup address in response to the notification of the modification of the attribute in the page table entry.

Abstract: An inbound message including medical record content may be received. The inbound message may indicate a healthcare entity and a vendor entity. It may be determined, from the healthcare entity and stored correspondences between medical record formats and healthcare entities, that the medical record content of the inbound message is in a first medical record format. Which configuration record of stored configuration records specifying combinations of sets of rules may be determined to apply as a translation to the inbound message based upon the medical record content of the inbound message and the first medical record format. The sets of rules as indicated by the configuration record may be accessed and applied to the inbound message to translate the medical record content in the inbound message from the first medical record format to the standardized format. The standardized format may be transmitted to the vendor entity.

The container package includes a main container configured to hold a substance, either liquid or solid; a spout adapter configured to secure to the main container, the spout adapter having a spout end configured for pouring a substance out of the main container; a funnel adapter configured to frictionally fit onto the spout adapter, the funnel adapter having a funnel end configured to fit over the spout end; and an overcap configured to fit over the funnel adapter and removably secured to the spout adapter. When the overcap is removed the substance can be poured into the overcap and wherein the funnel adapter is configured for removable from the spout adapter and fitted into the overcap such that the substance in the overcap is pourable through the funnel adapter.
