Abstract: A sanding tool having a handle and a base. The handle has a downwardly depending support having a support bottom. The base has a base bottom, having an inner surface and an outer surface and base walls that vertically flank and extend up from the base bottom. The base walls are attached to the support and the outer surface of the base receives an abrasive material. Each the handle and the base have a flexibility characteristic determined by composition and the flexibility characteristic and composition of the base and the handle are different from each other.
