A frame body, comprising a base frame and a supporting frame. The frame body fixed on the bag by the base frame of the frame body fixing on the bottom side wall of the bag and the supporting frame of the frame body fixing on the first side wall of the bag. Two carrying belt, provided on the second side wall of the bag. Two wheels pivoted at the bottom side of the frame body for free rotating. A retractable assembly, having one end provided at the supporting frame of the frame body for extending and collapsing, and a handle provided at the outer end of the retractable assembly.

Two elastic side shells are respectively disposed in two sides of the main frame body, so as to form a receiving space by the main frame body and the two side shells for holding articles. Two zippers are disposed at the juncture at the movable shell, two side shells, and the fixed shell. The articles are deposited in the receiving space or removed from the receiving space by opening the movable shell. A retractable handle is disposed in the top of the fixed shell. Two wheels are pivoted to the bottom of the fixed shell of the main frame body.

Two elastic means received in the coupled bushings respectively, with one end against at the coupled bushing and the other end against at the pressed member. The coupled bushing, with the pressed members and the elastic means, received in the bottom end of the main member, and let the two ends of the pin received in the guiding slots of the rotated member respectively.
