The handlebar apparatus includes a base member clamped to the bicycle frame, a rocker member disposed on the base frame and pivotally supported from the base member, and a handlebar assembly. The handlebar assembly includes a handlebar attached to a slide member. This slide member interlocks in different longitudinally disposed positions in the rocker member.

Abstract: A decorative shirt collar support device preferably in combination with a decorative clip. The support device includes a support band adapted to be positioned under the collar. The decorative clip has a base and, integral therewith, opposing legs having upper free ends that are adapted to be disposed closely adjacent to each other forming a deflectable gap in which the shirt collar may be inserted. A sliding member is adapted for use with the clip and also has a leg adapted to be received by the clip and an inner leg that may preferably have a sticky back substance for attachment to the shirt.

Abstract: Media storage apparatus including a housing with a plurality of tilted shelves, each of which is pivotal for providing access to a shelf thereunder. At the rear of the apparatus housing, there is a receiving shelf which is adapted, upon placement of the media thereon, to move in a downward horizontal direction until the predetermined desired shelf is reached at which time the receiving shelf tilts and transfers the storage media to the selected one of the plurality of shelves at the front of the housing. Thereafter, the receiving shelf under counter weight control resumes its initial position. Also disclosed herein are a number of embodiments of pick-up means for the disk along with different embodiments of the storage cases and associated inserts for the storage disk.
