Abstract: The present invention comprises a hemodynamic simulator comprising four manual pumps to simulate the chambers of the heart, at least three valves to simulate valves in the circulatory system, an expandable container to simulate lung venous capacity, an expandable container to simulate arterial distensibility, a series of tubes to simulate peripheral resistance, a pressure gauge to simulate the monitoring of blood pressure; and a reservoir to store fluid to be pumped through the simulator.
