The tread base is linearly enclosed by the tread cover, and a distal end of the tread cover is mounted to the tread base. The riser base is linearly enclosed by the riser cover. The inside-corner cover is positioned over a proximal end of the tread cover. The inside-corner cover can be mounted to the tread base through the proximal end of the tread cover and to the riser base through the proximal end of the riser cover.
