Abstract: A slide-on protector cap for dumbbells is disclosed. Such protector cap comprises a hexagonal protector member for each weight of a dumbbell. The cap includes six generally rectangular planar plates coupled together in a cylindrical cross-sectional configuration corresponding to the cross-sectional configuration of an associated weight which it is adapted to cover and protect. Each rectangular plate is adapted to be removably slidably positioned over the rectangular planar faces of the associated weight.
