  • Publication number: 20220064696
Abstract: Provided herein are systems, methods, and compounds for identifying RAS binding compounds using a RAS binding agent, which comprises a RAS binding moiety and a functional element. In some embodiments, the RAS binding agent binds to one site on the RAS protein (e.g., KRAS, HRAS, or NRAS), and can be used to detect RAS binding agents that bind to the same site as well as other sites.
    Type: Application
    Filed: August 27, 2021
    Publication date: March 3, 2022
    Applicant: Promega Corporation
Inventors: Matthew B. Robers, Joel R. Walker, James Vasta, Cesear Corona
  • Publication number: 20210363565
Abstract: Provided herein are systems and methods for enhanced engagement of protein kinases by kinase binding agents. In particular, the engagement of kinases by functional kinase binding agents is enhanced by the co-expression of the kinases with an active variant of KRAS.

  • Patent number: 9809586
Abstract: Biheteroaryl dicarboxylates and esters, and salts thereof which are useful as modulators of CP4H activity and more particularly as inhibitors of CP4H. Compounds of formula: and salts thereof where: X is S, O, NH, or NR, where R is an alkyl group having 1-3 carbon atoms; R1 and R2 independently are —OR7, or —NHSO2R8, where R7 is selected from: hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkoxyalkyl, —R?—CO—R?, —R?—CO—O—R?, —CO—R?, —R?—O—CO—R?, —R?—CO—NR?, —CO—NR?, or —R?—O—CO—NR?, and R8 is selected from hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl; R3, R4 and R6 independently are hydrogen, alkyl, alkoxy, alkenyl, alkenoxy, haloalkyl, haloalkenyl, halogen, hydroxyl, hydroxyalkyl, hydroxyalkenyl, aryl, aryloxy, arylalkyl or arylalkyloxy; R5 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl having 1-3 carbon atoms, or alkoxy having 1-3 carbon atoms; —R?— is a divalent straight chain or branched alkylene, and —R? is an alkyl, alkenyl, arylalkyl, or aryl group. Methods for inhibition of CP4H in vivo and in vitro.

  • Patent number: 7637132
Abstract: A self-retaining scraping device for continuously cleaning work rolls of a roller leveler assembly has a first wall having two angled or curved portions and a straight portion extending between the angled portions; and a second wall having two angled or curved portions and a straight portion extending between the angled portions. The first wall and second wall are connected to each other via the straight portions. The angled or curved portions of the first wall extend in an opposite direction from the angled or curved portions of the second wall. The scraping device is inserted between adjacent work rolls and has multiple scraping edges contacting outer surfaces of the work rolls to continuously clean the work rolls. The scraping device is supported by the work rolls.
