Abstract: A barrier sleeve usable with a protective gown, the barrier sleeve having a tubular cuff section including a cuff material and having a cuff section first end and a cuff section second end, and a tubular gasket section having a gasket material, the gasket section having a gasket section first end at the cuff section second end and a gasket section second end, the gasket material also including a gathered material and/or an extensible material, and the gasket material having a first thickness and able to exhibit a change in thickness upon compression of at least about 40%. Also disclosed are systems having the barrier sleeve, methods of making, and methods of using.

Abstract: A method, system, and computer-readable medium for representing connections in a computer system are provided. A component object representing a component in the computer system and a connection requesting object representing a connection to the component are instantiated. A type of resource for the component object is requested, wherein the connection requesting object transmits the request to a connection providing object, the connection object providing two or more resources. If one of the provided two or more resources is of a same type of resource as the requested type of resource and if the respective one of the provided two or more resources is available for consumption, the respective one of the two or more resources is consumed.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for validating a user configuration of a computer system are provided. The method generally includes receiving, through a user interface of a configuration system, a user configuration selection, wherein the user configuration selection modifies the configuration of the computer system. Based on the user configuration selection, one or more contexts in a collection of contexts may be modified. The collection of contexts may be applied to part information for a part of the computer system to determine applicable part information for the modified configuration.

Abstract: An IGFET that minimizes the effect of the dislocation at the edge of the device region by displacing the lateral edges of the source and drain regions from the adjacent edge of the opening and the dislocation. This minimizes the lateral diffusion of the source and drain impurities and the formation of metal silicides into the dislocation region. The spacing of the lateral edges of the source and drain regions from the adjacent edge of the opening and the dislocation region is produced by providing additional lateral opposed second gate regions or oxide barrier layer extending from the oxide layer into the adjacent regions of the substrate region and the first gate region extending therebetween. Both the first gate region and the two second gate regions or barrier layer are used in the self-aligned processing of the source and drain regions. The first gate region defines the length of the channel, while the two opposed second gate regions or barrier layer define the width of the channel region.

Abstract: A spray glaze or opaque composition for coating dental restorations and other surfaces and objects such as hobby ceramics that comprises about 4 to about 50 weight % glaze material, about 5 to about 60 weight % restoration wetting agent, and about 10 to about 90% non CFC propellant. An opaque composition further comprises about 5 to about 30% opaque material.

Abstract: A flow control scheme for use with a flow circuit, including a fluid transfer device such as a pump or a compressor. The flow control scheme monitors the power and pressure differential of the fluid transfer device. The flow control scheme is capable of maintaining the flow of the fluid transfer device at a baseline value in response to varying operational conditions within the flow circuit.
