Patent number: 10384702Abstract: A resetting cart with a number of product support assemblies is provided. The product support assemblies are movably coupled to a cart assembly and structured to move between a number of vertical positions. Thus, a number of reset assembly shelf assemblies are disposed at a selected elevation that generally corresponds to a product support assembly (e.g., a shelf) elevation.Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 2018Date of Patent: August 20, 2019Assignee: Phoenix Intangibles Holding CompanyInventors: Daniel Christopher Murray, Albert Daniel Burick, Jr., Diana Lynn Garfold-Barr, Lee A. Wintermantel, Anthony V. Sainato, James W. Bates

Patent number: 9963161Abstract: A cart including a frame assembly and a number of tote support assemblies is provided. The frame assembly includes a longitudinal axis, a first lateral side and a second lateral side. Each tote support assembly includes a tote support member defining a plane. Each tote support member is movably coupled to the frame assembly wherein each tote support member moves between a number of positions including a level, first position, wherein the plane of the support member is generally horizontal, and a tilted, second position, wherein the plane of the support member is tilted toward one of the frame assembly first lateral side or the frame assembly second lateral side.Type: GrantFiled: December 14, 2016Date of Patent: May 8, 2018Assignee: PHOENIX INTANGIBLES HOLDING COMPANYInventors: Anthony V. Sainato, Lee A. Wintermantel, Paul R. Metcalfe, James W. Bates, Weston T. Skye, Scott E. Urban

Publication number: 20170190345Abstract: A tote assembly including a tote body and a divider assembly is provided. The tote body includes a generally planar bottom member and a number of sidewall members which define a generally enclosed space. Each tote body sidewall member upwardly depends from the tote body bottom member. Each the tote body sidewall member tapered outwardly. The divider assembly includes a number of generally planar first members and a number of generally planar second members. Each the first member having a limited length. Each second member having a limited length. Each second member is removably coupled to one the first member. Further, the plane of each first member and each second member is disposed generally vertically. The divider assembly is removably disposed within the tote body enclosed space. Thus, the tote body enclosed space is divided into a number of compartments.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 22, 2017Publication date: July 6, 2017Applicant: Phoenix Intangibles Holding CompanyInventors: Anthony V. Patent number: 5152404Abstract: There is provided an angled display assembly having a plurality of product display fixtures attached to and spaced along a polygonal display standard. Each of the display fixtures includes an inverted, generally U-shaped mounting bracket designed to slidably clamp over the display standard, and a support arm extending outwardly from the mounting bracket and having proximal and distal portion. The distal portion of the support arm is attached in a bent configuration to the proximal portion so that, in clamped position, the distal portion extends outwardly from the standard at a predetermined, non-normal and non-parallel angle thereto. A support lock extends downwardly away from the mounting bracket and includes a locking leg spaced from the support arm which interacts with the bottom portion of the standard to lock the display fixture thereto and offset rotational moments imposed by supported products.Type: GrantFiled: April 8, 1991Date of Patent: October 6, 1992Assignee: Lancaster Colony CorporationInventors: John P. Salrin, James W. Bates

Patent number: 4794272Abstract: For a power system having a single maximum power point and varying loads, the present invention provides a power regulator which adjusts the operating point of one source as a function of only the sensed current conditions of the secondary source. In the preferred embodiment, a solar array is controlled by a regulator which determines whether the battery is properly charging. Upon the occurrence of an undercharging condition, the array operating point is adjusted so as to minimize undercharge current. Upon the occurrence of a charging condition, the operating point is adjusted so as to continue battery charging according to predetermined limits.Type: GrantFiled: January 20, 1987Date of Patent: December 27, 1988Assignee: The Aerospace CorporationInventors: Lee T. Patent number: 4161771Abstract: A sinusoidal-like output is obtained from a source of DC by adding the outputs of two or more DC to AC inverters, producing flat-topped pules combining to provide a normally near ideal stepped sinusoidal-like waveform, with the output of a buck-boost circuit which produces bucking or boosting outputs of one polarity or another when voltage regulation is called for or a zero output when no regulation is called for.Type: GrantFiled: July 25, 1977Date of Patent: July 17, 1979Assignee: Gulton Industries, Inc.Inventor: James W.
