  • Patent number: 4635767
Abstract: An interlock for the throttle and parking brake of a vehicle for retaining the engine at a predetermined speed until the parking brake is released. Includes a fluid supply conduit connected to the parking brake actuating mechanism. The supply of fluid to the parking brake actuating mechanism is controlled. The parking brake is maintained in the brake engaged position in the absence of fluid supply to the brake actuating mechanism. A linkage is interposed between a first member connected to a vehicle operated control mechanism, and a second member connected to an engine speed control mechanism. The link has a first operating mode for effectively connecting the first and second operating members in a second operating mode for effectively disconnecting the first and second operating members. The first member is placed in its first operating mode when fluid is supplied to the parking brake and is placed in second operating mode when the supply of fluid is discontinued.

  • Patent number: 4630387
Abstract: An adjustable pistol grip includes a palm portion and a forepiece portion which is adjustably secured to the palm portion so that the width of the grip can be adjusted. The grip is attached to the receiver of a pistol, and the grip can swivel on the receiver to adjust the angle between the grip and the barrel of the pistol. A heel plate extends laterally outwardly from the bottom portion of the grip and is adjustably secured so that the distance between the heel plate and the receiver can be adjusted.

  • Patent number: 4164929
Abstract: A removable projectile loader for a gun facilitates loading a gun with a projectile and is removable from the gun to permit a jammed projectile to be cleared from the gun. The loader is provided with a bore into which a projectile is loaded, and the loader is movable to a firing position to align the bore with the barrel of the gun. A bolt on the gun is movable through the bore of the loader into the barrel to position the projectile in the barrel for firing.

  • Patent number: 4143636
Abstract: A safety link assembly prevents discharge or firing of a gun unless the trigger is pulled. The assembly includes a hammer link pivotally connected to a link mounting member. The link mounting member is pivotally mounted on the same pivoting axis as the trigger, and a trigger-engaging portion on the link mounting member engages the trigger so that movement of the trigger pivots the link mounting member. The hammer of the gun is pivotally mounted on the gun for movement between cocked and fired positions. When the hammer is in its fired position, it is spaced from the firing mechanism of the gun. When the trigger is pulled, the link mounting member pivots with the trigger to move the safety link into position between the firing mechanism and the hammer so that when the trigger releases the hammer from its cocked position, the hammer will strike the safety link and force it against the firing mechanism to discharge the gun.
