  • Patent number: 7197846
Abstract: A fishing lure resists flipping over while in fast rough water being fished at different speeds so the person fishing the lure can control the action of the lure to simulate natural bait when fishing at different depths, including close to the bottom. One embodiment provides a spoon-shaped body having a hook extending from the rear of the body. A shank assembly is slidably disposed through the body. Another embodiment provides a spoon-shaped body having a hook extending from the rear of the body. A shank assembly is slidably disposed through the body with spinning blades attached to the upper and lower ends of the shank assembly.

  • Patent number: 5920158
Abstract: A multi-functional automotive vehicle apparatus comprising: a rotatable member; an electromagnetic device operable to selectively rotate said rotatable member; a first motion transmitting member selectively moved in response to rotation of said rotatable member; and a second motion transmitting member selectively moved in response to rotation of said rotatable member.

  • Patent number: 5903114
Abstract: A multi-functional apparatus employs a power transmission mechanism for generating intermittent motion having a specific range of motion and angular velocity profile for selectively actuating a mechanical device operably coupled to the power transmission mechanism. An electromagnetic device selectively causes movement of the power transmission mechanism. In another aspect of the present invention, a single electric motor selectively actuates a plurality of intermittent rotary motion mechanisms thereby causing separate mechanical devices coupled thereto to operate within an automotive vehicle.

  • Patent number: 5142923
Abstract: The space between a pinion and starter case in an electric starter is sealed by a flexible disk. This disk rotates on the pinion. The pinion contains a circular slot for the disk, which has a central cut-out portion in the profile of the pinion teeth, which hold the disk in place in the slot once the disk is installed. The disk is installed by lightly forcing it over the teeth on the pinion. This seal blocks path for particulate and contaminants into the interior of the starter through the space between the pinion and the starter case.
