Abstract: Embodiments of delivery systems, devices and methods for delivering a prosthetic heart valve device to a heart chamber for expanded implementation are disclosed. More specifically, methods, systems and devices are disclosed for delivering a self-expanding prosthetic mitral valve device to the left atrium, with no engagement of the left ventricle, the native mitral valve leaflets or the annular tissue downstream of the upper annular surface during delivery, and in some embodiments with no engagement of the ventricle, mitral valve leaflets and/or annular tissue located downstream of the upper annular surface by the delivered, positioned and expanded prosthetic mitral valve device.

The first device receives a selection of a priority and at least one reviewer from a list of available reviewers (which is obtained in real time based on a priority of the message and reviewer's availability) and generates the review message including metadata of a patient, the received priority, and an identification of the received, selected reviewer. The first device receives an interpretation message based on the transmitted review message. A second device analyzes the review message in which available recommendations are identified based on the events performed and generates the interpretation message which includes a recommendation selected from the identified available recommendation options by a reviewer. The list of available reviewers is generated from the stored plurality of reviewers in real time based on the set priority and current availability of the reviewer.

Abstract: An improved method for administering parthenolide and/or feverfew extract as a dietary supplement is provided, wherein an oral dosage composition comprising a dietary supplemental amount of parthenolide in a predetermined dosage amount of at least about 0.05 mg of parthenolide is orally administered to a patient. At least a portion of the administered oral dosage composition is retained by the patient in the oral cavity for a time sufficient to allow absorption of parthenolide by oral mucosal tissues. Compositions particularly suitable for oral mucosal administration of a parthenolide dietary supplement are also provided.
