  • Publication number: 20240140633
Abstract: In an example embodiment, an apparatus for making pouch products includes a conveyor system. The conveyor system includes a first receiving location along a path of the conveyor system, and a dosing location along the path of the conveyor system. The apparatus also includes a first material dispensing station configured to transfer a first material to the first receiving location. The first material includes a first elastic layer and a first support layer. The first material dispensing station includes a dispenser roller configured to hold a roll of the first material, a plurality of rollers configured to convey the first material from the dispenser roller to the first receiving location, and a stripper plate configured remove at least a portion of the first support layer from a portion of the first elastic layer.

  • Patent number: 11945079
Abstract: A screwdriver includes a main body and a switch. The main body is coupled to a handle and includes a pair of parallel, spaced apart slots, and a pawl positioned in each slot. Each pawl is biased outwardly by a spring. The switch is pivotable relative to the main body, and the switch includes a groove extending along an arcuate portion of an inner surface. Pivoting the switch in a first direction moves the switch toward a first position in which the groove is positioned in-line with the first pawl. When the switch is in the first position, the first pawl extends outwardly from the slot and engages the internal tooth surface such that application of a torque in a first direction drives a shank in the first direction and application of a torque in the second direction causes the shank to ratchet relative to the main body.

  • Publication number: 20130151992
Abstract: A system for analyzing multi-dimensional data maps the multi-dimensional data to visual attributes and aural attributes. It displays a subset of the multidimensional data set on a display unit. The system further displays an avatar on the display unit. The avatar can select a field of view of the displayed subset. The system receives input from a user, wherein the user input relates to an additional dimension subset of the multidimensional data set that is not currently displayed. Visual attributes and/or aural attributes relating to the additional dimension subset are generated as a function of the input from a user. The visual and/or aural attribute convey information relating to the additional dimension subset on the display unit.

  • Publication number: 20110216059
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating real-time 3D representation of a user immersed in a 3D representation of an area of interest are provided. In some embodiments, a method may be provided where the method provide steps for generating a three-dimensional area of interest based at least on substantially real-time data, generating an avatar immersed in the generated three-dimensional area of interest for each user of a plurality of users, animating each avatar immersed in the generated three-dimensional representation of area of interest based at least on gesture data received from one or more cameras associated to each user of the plurality of users, and manipulating objects represented in the three-dimensional representation of the area of interest.

  • Patent number: 7736181
Abstract: A coaxial cable connector interface for allowing signals to be transmitted over a coaxial transmission line between devices includes a coaxial cable and a cable connector that allows the coaxial cable to be attached to the devices. The coaxial cable includes a solid outer conductor that has corrugations to increase flexibility of the coaxial cable. The cable connector has a crimp portion that surrounds an end portion of the outer conductor of the coaxial cable. The crimp portion conforms to the corrugations of the outer conductor, thereby creating an interface with the corrugations that attaches the cable connector to the coaxial cable by maintaining an axial load between the cable connector and the coaxial cable. Additionally, the coaxial cable connector interface includes a sealing element and a protective boot for preventing moisture from bridging the interface and causing cable performance reduction.
