Abstract: A site computer includes a database for manipulating and handling health care records. A communication device, coupled to the site computer and the database, receives commands, which are provided to the site computer and the database to perform various functions, including creating, displaying, modifying, and initiating organization of the health care records. The health records can be automatically transmitted to interested persons upon creation of the health records. Upon detection of the occurrence of threshold events as indicated in the health records, the site computer automatically transmits notifications to interested persons.

Abstract: A first group of individuals, including a first health care provider, is provided access to a first type of data concerning the patient under control of the access rules determined by the patient. A second group of individuals, including a second health care provider, is provided access to a second type of data concerning the patient under control of the access rules determined by the patient, the second type of data not identical to the first type of data. An indication of a threshold event relating to data about the patient is received, the threshold event determined by the patient. Occurrence of the threshold event is identified by comparing a numerical value, within a numerical range, indicative of degree of health with a threshold value indicative of the threshold event.

A controller, communicatively coupled with the selector, controls operation of the energy generator based on the inputs. A case, containing the energy generator and the controller, is dimensioned to fit in the hand of the user.

A first group of individual records are provided access under the access rules to a first group of component fields. A second group of individuals are provided under the access rules to a second group of the component fields. Access to records is selectively provided to personal relations of the patient, health care providers, and accounting or billing personnel.

Abstract: A method and system for controlling email transmission includes creating a first email by a first user having an email address in the first email. The first email is sent to a second user. The first email is attached to a second email. The second email, including the first email, is forwarded to a third user. The third user is controlled in creating a third email to reply to the first user after the third user's receipt of and access to the second email and the first email. Various control options in control modes and access denial modes control creation of the third email.
