  • Publication number: 20060265188
Abstract: In a first aspect, a first method is provided for providing a service for performing Orthogonal Defect Classification (ODC) analysis. The first method includes the steps of (1) querying a customer about a level of service desired for a customer defect analysis project; (2) configuring a customer defect data collection tool for ODC; (3) adapting a defect data transfer tool to transfer defect data from the defect data collection tool; (4) transferring the defect data to a database structured to be accessible by an ODC analysis tool; and (5) performing ODC analysis on the defect data using the ODC analysis tool. Numerous other aspects are provided.

  • Publication number: 20050261087
Abstract: The UNI-TEE is a new golf practice tee, that is flexible, adjustable and reusable. The Uni-Tee will be inserted into the ground at the practice range to the desired height by way of the insertion tool. Now in position the Uni-Tee will provide the golfer a practice tee that can used for repeated swings at the ball. The major advantage of this tee is that it will not break on club head impact or need to be reset after each swing.

  • Publication number: 20050046370
Abstract: A device to regulate current produced by a permanent magnet machine responsive to a plurality of phase current signals. The motor produces torque for application on a shaft. A processing and drive circuit responsive to a direct current command signal and a quadrature current command signal produces phase current signals for input to the motor. A command circuit responsive to the phase current signals, an angular position of said shaft, and a voltage input command signal to produce a direct current error signal and a quadrature current error signal. A control circuit responsive to the direct and quadrature current error signals produces the direct voltage signal command and the quadrature voltage signal command. The control circuit has a direct and quadrature proportional gain, integrator and clamp circuits. An algorithm produces limited or clamped voltage modulation index signals to obtain maximum efficiency and maximum torque per ampere in the speed range.

  • Publication number: 20050013428
Abstract: A contact center performance optimization program for assisting contact center managers improve the performance of their centers comprises a hosted database that collects actual data and a modeling and optimization program that can be used to create center budgets and forecast future performance. The program facilitates improved contact center performance by providing analysis of current operations and forecasting through the use of models, optimization, analyzers and imbedded best practices. The inventive device includes. To forecast future performance and optimize the center's operation, “what if” models and analyzers are used. The invention includes a series of impact analyzers that assist the center manager focus on areas that if improved will produce the greatest overall performance improvement.
