  • Publication number: 20220156418
Abstract: A method and system provide the ability to track object progress in a drawing sheet. An object type is created and activity types are assigned to the object type. The activity types represent a progression of an object of the object type. A portable document format (PDF) drawing sheet that has multiple symbol instances is obtained. A graphic region containing a symbol instance is selected in the drawing sheet. A markup is created on the drawing sheet based on the selected graphic region. Multiple symbol instances are autonomously detected based on the selected graphic region. Progress tracking markup instances of the markup are autonomously created for the detected symbol instances and are linked to the object type. The progress of the object instances is visually tracked using graphical user interface (GUI) visualizations that provide a visual representation of the progression via the markups.

  • Patent number: 11196388
Abstract: Radio Frequency (RF) amplifier design with RFIC suffers gain variations from gain variations due to wafer process variations, temperature changes, and supply voltage changes. Three methods are proposed to achieve constant amplifier gain, either through on-chip wafer calibration, or self-calibration. Through automatic adjustment of amplifier bias current, the proposed methods maintain constant amplifier gain over process, temperature, supply voltage variations. Under the proposed Method 1, a constant transconductance Gm with enhanced gain accuracy is maintained via wafer calibration. Under the proposed Method 2, a constant transconductance Gm is maintained by time-domain averaging through different transistors. Under the proposed Method 3, a constant Gm*R or RF gain is maintained considering the impedance of a matching network of the RF amplifier.

  • Patent number: 11111011
Abstract: A rotor for an aircraft capable of hovering includes a stationary support structure and a rotative element which is rotatable about an axis with respect to the stationary support structure. The rotor has at least one blade, which is operatively connected with a rotative element. The rotor has a source of a magnetic field, which is either stationary or driven in rotation at a first rotational speed and an electric conductive element, which is operatively connected to the rotative element and can be driven in rotation at a second rotational speed different from first rotational speed. An electric conductive element is electromagnetically coupled so that an electromotive force is magnetically induced in electric conductive element itself Two rings extend radially inward from a tubular body of the rotor hub with the first ring connected to a plurality of thermally conductive rings of a flow deflector at an axial end of the rotor and the second ring supports the electric conductive element.

  • Patent number: 11093992
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for efficiently meeting the needs of property buyers, sellers, and agents. Attributes of the user and of each property are combined and processed by a machine learning model. The output represents a prediction that a user will choose to view the property. Each property is ranked and displayed to the user. When the user selects a property, the interaction is used to update the machine learning model. In some cases, a natural language processing system identifies property and user attributes based on a natural language query. In some cases, a chatbot may respond to a natural language query in real time. The system may also be utilized to provide matching services for buyers or sellers to agents, or third party service providers, as well as matching buyers and sellers directly to each other, or user to other users for transaction, interaction and other needs.

  • Patent number: 11057088
Abstract: A system substantially updates all the phase shifter values of a phased array antenna by using two “global writes” to update these parameters to all phased-array transformation circuits simultaneously via a serial bus. Antenna elements, each controlled by a phased-array transformation circuit, are individually configured to transform phase and gain according to a register array. The register array has a local register group and a central register group, the local registers physically placed close in proximity to RF chains which each correspond to an element of array antenna, whereby each set of local registers control an individual antenna element and a central register controlling overall beam steering function. Gain values are hierarchically distributed. The apparatus is configured to efficiently elaborate phase shift weights into a submodule of a phase array antenna system with low noise and bandwidth.
