Abstract: An electronic trading system utilizes a Match Engine that receives orders, stores them internally, calculates tradable combinations and advertises the availability of real and implied orders in the form of market data. New tradable items defined as combinations of other tradable items may be included in the calculation of tradable combinations. A technique is disclosed for suppression of the calculation and/or subsequent listing of an implied order when the order is either undesired or unnecessary in the market therefore.

First, a repository of implementations is scanned using a configuration utility to identify a subset of the implementations tagged for usability with the configuration utility. The configuration utility identifies keys within each of the subset of implementations, and filters the implementations by these configuration keys. The configuration utility scans configurations for a match with any of the identified configuration keys, and selects one implementation from among the subset of the implementations for dependency injection based on matching of configurations with the identified configuration keys. The configuration utility then injects a dependency using the selected implementation, and initializes configurations specific to the injected dependency.

Abstract: An artist's support includes a base, a support arm, pivotally attached to and upwardly extending from the base, and a group of legs, pivotally connected to and downwardly extending from the base. The base includes a multi-purpose adapter, configured to receive and mechanically secure an artist's device. The legs have a folded position, in which the legs are generally parallel and proximal to each other, and an unfolded position in which the legs are angularly spread apart. Each leg includes a plurality of telescoping tubes connected via an internal one-way cam lock device. A release mechanism is disposed at an upper end of each leg, configured to selectively (a) release the cam lock device to allow sliding linear retraction of the respective leg, and (b) allow angular extension of the respective leg.

The electrical current source supplies current to the first conductive member in a first direction and supplies current to the second conductive member in a second direction opposite the first direction to produce a narrowcast radio frequency signal detectable between the first conductive member and the second member.

Abstract: Protections against self-matching trade orders are disclosed which maximize liquidity/efficiency by reducing/minimizing unnecessary cancelations and/or resubmissions. Rather than automatically cancel or modify the incoming and/or self-matching counter orders, those resting counter orders, which would result in the occurrence of a self-match with an incoming order, are placed in a hold state or otherwise set aside such that the incoming order may be matched with other non-self-matching orders. The held orders are subsequently returned to the order book at the same, or different, priority to await a subsequent incoming order.

Abstract: A modular powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) which is comprised of a fan, motor, scroll, and power source mounted within one housing, and which accepts either traditional or conformal filters. Ambient air is drawn into the PAPR module through the attached filter by a fan, which is driven by direct connection to a motor. The pressurized air is then accelerated by an optimized scroll to the outlet in the PAPR housing. The PAPR module can be employed in multiple use configurations. The PAPR module further comprises a removable battery pack module that is easily retained to/removed from the PAPR module, enabling a user to be able to quickly remove a spent battery pack module and install a fresh battery pack module, thereby replacing the batteries within one breath cycle.

Abstract: A powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) assembly and kit therefore has an elongated hollow belt body having open first and second ends and multiple inlet openings along its length for mounting one or more filter canisters, one or more filter canisters for mounting in the inlet openings for supplying purified air to the interior of the belt body, a motor and driven fan assembly having a fan inlet in communication with each filter canister through the hollow belt body and a fan outlet; and a power source operably mounted to the belt body and connected to the motor. The PAPR assembly forms a portion of a belt or bandolier to be worn around the user's waist, back, or other location, and at least the belt body can be made of a flexible rubber material, such as a Butyl and Silicone blend, or any other suitable material to conform the PAPR belt to the user's body.
