  • Patent number: 12224002
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are provided for providing pose estimation in extended reality systems. An example method can include tracking, in a lower-power processing mode using a set of lower-power circuit elements on an integrated circuit, a position and orientation of a computing device during a lower-power processing period, the set of lower-power circuit elements including a static random-access memory (SRAM); suspending, based on a triggering event, the tracking in the lower-power processing mode; initiating a higher-power processing mode for tracking the position and orientation of the computing device during a higher-power processing period; and tracking, in the higher-power processing mode using a set of higher-power circuit elements on the integrated circuit and a dynamic random-access memory (DRAM), the position and orientation of the computing device during the higher-power processing period.

  • Patent number: 5723709
Abstract: Terpene dimer compositions are provided which dry into a hard, tack free film upon exposure to air. The compositions include a terpene dimer having the molecular formula C.sub.20 H.sub.32 and contain at least one double bond. The terpene dimer is derived from a naturally occurring monoterpene, or mixtures thereof, having the molecular formula C.sub.10 H.sub.16. In an another embodiment the compositions, in addition to the terpene dimer, include isomers of the monoterpenes. The compositions are substantially free of higher terpene oligomers having molecular formulas greater than C.sub.20 H.sub.32. Processes for making the terpene dimer compositions are also provided. Advantageous utilization of these compositions is as a diluent, solvent or component in coating, adhesive, alkyd or ink formulations, as an environmentally safe non-toxic material.

  • Patent number: 4052549
Abstract: Terpene polymer compositions that have softening points in the range of 0.degree. C. to 85.degree. C. and that are useful as components of hot melt coating compositions, adhesives, and the like, are copolymerized employing from about 20% to 80%, oligomers of cyclic monoterpene hydrocarbons, such as dipentene dimer and/or trimer, and from 80% to 20% of a terpene monomer, such as .beta.-pinene, dipentene or mixtures thereof, said percentages being by weight.
