  • Patent number: 11025021
Abstract: An electrical device coupling adapter that is operable to electrically connect an electrically operated device exteriorly located to a structure with a low voltage power source or a alternating current power source located within the interior of the structure. The present invention includes a housing being comprised of a base plate and a case portion wherein the case portion is removably secured to one side of the base plate. A first conduit member is secured to the case portion of the housing and is manufactured from a flexible tubing material. A second conduit member is sealably coupled to the base plate opposite the case portion. The second conduit member is rigid and tubular in form and extends outward from the base plate. A supply wire is secured within the second conduit member and can be configured to electrically coupled to either a AC or DC power source.

  • Patent number: 10689825
Abstract: A radon gas removal apparatus that is operable to substantially inhibit the entrance of radon gas into a structure. The radon gas removal apparatus is operably coupled to an area to which the structure is superposed. A housing is further included wherein the housing has a lower portion and upper portion mateably coupled. A blower assembly is present within the housing and is mounted in a vertical upright position. The lower portion of the housing includes a bottom having a mount extending upward therefrom to which the blower assembly is operably coupled utilizing a coupling. A fluid aperture is present in the mount and is operable to facilitate the egression of accumulated fluid present at the bottom of the housing into a connected pipe. The housing further includes an air turbulence diffusion member present on an exit aperture formed in the upper portion of the housing.

  • Patent number: 10079462
Abstract: An electrical coupling adapter configured to be mounted to an exterior wall of a structure so as to electrically couple a device located externally to the structure with a power source disposed within the interior of the structure. The electrical coupling adapter includes a housing having a first portion and a second portion integrally formed. The first portion of the housing is located adjacent to an exterior wall of a structure to which the electrical coupling adapter is secured. The second portion is configured to be journaled through the exterior wall of the structure. Coupled to the second portion is a cord that is configured to be operably coupled to a power source disposed within the interior of the structure. A receptacle is mounted on the first portion of the housing and is electrically coupled to the cord. The cord and receptacle are configured to be either male or female.

  • Publication number: 20130309900
Abstract: A multi-socketed electrical conduit apparatus for providing power to the outside of a building when there is not an outdoor power socket available. The conduit apparatus includes a prewired conduit that passes through a wall. The conduit is rugged, flexible, and may include numerous elbows and extensions to navigate through studs, wires, and piping. A first socket of the conduit faces outside the building, while a second socket faces inside the building. Both sockets rest flush against both walls, giving the appearance of permanent fixtures. A cable operably joins an indoor power source with the second socket. The subsequent power transmits through the conduit, and becomes available to the first socket. The conduit may also be operable to transfer power wirelessly. In this manner, the outdoor socket may receive power from numerous indoor power sources rather than depending on an extension power cord.
