    Abstract: A system and apparatus that removes and collects non-functional wire assemblies from dicorotron units is described. It has a removal tool mounted on the top of a storage box.     Abstract: A dicorotron unit and a wire assembly of a dicorotron unit where a wire electrode is strung between two insulator anchors. The anchors are held in place by flexible grippers. The grippers have flexible tabs that snap into the dicorotron housing and allow the grippers to remain in this housing when the wire assembly is removed from the dicorotron unit.
