Abstract: Provided herein are antibodies that specifically bind to IL1RAP. Also described are related polynucleotides capable of encoding the provided IL1RAP-specific antibodies or antigen-binding fragments, cells expressing the provided antibodies or antigen-binding fragments, as well as associated vectors and detectably labeled antibodies or antigen-binding fragments. In addition, methods of using the provided antibodies are described. For example, the provided antibodies may be used to diagnose, treat, or monitor IL1RAP-expressing cancer progression, regression, or stability; to determine whether or not a patient should be treated for cancer; or to determine whether or not a subject is afflicted with IL1RAP-expressing cancer and thus may be amenable to treatment with an IL1RAP-specific anti-cancer therapeutic, such as the multispecific antibodies against IL1RAP and CD3 described herein.

Abstract: In a particular embodiment, the disclosure is directed to a method of configuring a computer coupled to a residential gateway. The method includes executing resource sharing software on the computer, receiving a message from the residential gateway requesting identification of available resources of the computer, and sending a response message to the residential gateway. The response message identifies a set of available resources of the computer. The method further includes receiving access settings corresponding to each of the set of available resources and configuring the computer to provide access to each of the set of available resources in accordance with the access settings.

Abstract: A secure credential management system (CMS) receives a document over the internet from an issuing institution and stores the document in a credential repository in an inbox associated with the person to which the document pertains. The CMS notifies the person that a document pertaining to him or her is at the credential repository. The person can then go to the credential repository, verify his or her identity, view the document, and create a permission for a third party to view the document. The CMS notifies the third party of the availability of the document along with a password to allow the third party to view and download the document. The institution cannot delete the document once the document has been sent to the credential repository, but can view the document and issue a corrected document if necessary. The user cannot alter the documents or create counterfeit documents.

Abstract: A system and method are disclosed for providing installation support to a user of a computer system. A method incorporating teachings of the present disclosure may include launching an installation tool in connection with installation of a peripheral driver. The tool may have capabilities that include, for example, capturing an install status at a plurality of predefined points in an install routine. During installation, an error may be detected at one of the predefined points and a diagnostic routine may be launched in response. The method may also include considering an accounting of the captured install states and using this information to help generate an action script crafted to resolve the detected install error.
