Abstract: A system including one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computing instructions that, when executed on the one or more processors, perform certain acts. The acts can include obtaining an original load design for loading a trailer to deliver stacks of pallets to physical stores. The load design specifies a respective floor spot assignment for each of the stacks. The original load design satisfies center-of-gravity constraints. The acts also can include generating fluid groups of the stacks to form an initial fluid grouping. The acts additionally can include determining that the fluid groups do not collectively satisfy the center-of-gravity constraints. The acts further can include until the fluid groups collectively satisfy the center-of-gravity constraints, repeatedly determining one or more infeasible groups from the fluid groups, and adjusting at least one of the one or more infeasible groups to update the fluid groups.

Abstract: Provided herein are antibodies that bind Fagales allergens, Fagales related allergens, birch pollen, or Bet v 1, compositions comprising the antibodies, nucleic acids encoding the antibodies, and methods of using the antibodies. According to certain embodiments, the antibodies are fully human monoclonal antibodies that bind to Bet v 1. The antibodies are useful for binding Bet v 1 in vivo, thus preventing binding of the allergen to pre-formed IgE on the surface of mast cells or basophils. In doing so, the antibodies act to prevent the release of histamine and other inflammatory mediators from mast cells and/or basophils, thus ameliorating the untoward response to the Fagales allergens in sensitized individuals.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for type-ahead processing for multiple different addressees. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for type-ahead processing for multiple different addressees can include detecting character input in an addressee field of a composition view of a messaging client executing in memory by a processor of a computer. The method also can include matching the detected character input to entries in a table of different lists in that each of the entries in the table includes multiple different addressees specified for a previously composed message. Finally, the method can include auto-completing the addressee field with a selected list of multiple different addressees matching the detected character input.
