In one embodiment, the drinking vessel includes a bowl and a lid, wherein the bowl is connected to the lid and wherein the drinking vessel includes a plurality of rotational orientations, and wherein the lid includes a plurality of drinking openings such that a user may drink from the drinking vessel substantially irrespective of its rotational orientation.

Abstract: Described herein are embodiments of an apparatus that include and/or consist of a spill-proof lid for a drinking container. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a lid, where the lid is configured to include a straw having a leak-proof engagement with the lid and a one-way valve disposed in a portion of the straw that only allows liquid to exit the container (through the straw) when the pressure inside the container is sufficiently greater than the pressure outside the container.

Abstract: Described herein are embodiments of a dual container drinking vessel with a universal lid. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a first vessel and a second vessel, where the first vessel and the second vessel are at least partially nested together, and further includes a lid adapted to cover an open end of the first vessel when the first vessel and the second vessel are at least partially nested together, and to cover an open end of the second vessel when the first vessel and the second vessel are not nested together.

Abstract: Described herein are embodiments of systems and apparatuses that include a drinking vessel with a lid and locking cover. In an embodiment, the apparatus includes a container and a lid, where the lid is configured to engage an opening of a container to retain the liquid within the container. The lid may further include a cover capable of moving between a first and second position, where the contents of the container are accessible in the lid's second position but not the lid's first position. The lid may further include an adjustable lock capable of movement between at least a closed position and an open position. When the adjustable lock is in its closed position, the lid's cover is not able to move between its first and second position. When the adjustable lock is in its open position, the lid's cover is able to move between it first and second position.

Abstract: Described herein are embodiments of systems and apparatuses that include a drinking vessel with a hygienic straw. In an embodiment, the apparatus includes a container and a lid, where the lid is configured to engage an opening of a container to retain the liquid within the container. The lid may further include a drinking straw for use in extracting liquid from the container. The straw may be attached to the lid so that it can be covered, uncovered, and/or otherwise accessed without the need to physically touch the straw itself.
