Abstract: Method for processing organic material is disclosed which breaks down the inedible components of fruit and vegetables (core, skin, pips, pithy material) into an edible substance with a cream-like consistency. The method includes pressurizing the material and forcing it through a passage having a number of end-to-end sections which are at right angles to one another. The material as it emerges from each section impacts on the impact surface at the end of each section and changes direction and flows into the next section of the series.

Abstract: The present invention provides a nutrition kit comprising: a blood sugar stabilizing nutrition of a GI of between about 30 and 40 GI to be consumed for a period of time prior to an activity; an energy supplement of between about 40 and 50 GI to be consumed for a period of time to an activity; an energy supplement of between about 50 and 60 GI to be consumed for a period of time closer to the activity; and an energy supplement of between about 60 and 70 GI to be consumed for an initial period of time during the activity.

Abstract: A pressure inducing device 10 for pressurizing a substance is provided. The device 10 includes a body 12, a pressure chamber 14 defined by the body 12 and an inlet 18 leading into the pressure chamber 14 through which inlet 18 a substance to be pressurized can be fed into the pressure chamber 14. A piston 22 is arranged to travel along the pressure chamber 14 to pressurize a substance in the pressure chamber 14. An outlet 20 leads from the pressure chamber 14. A blocking member 28 is arranged to open the outlet 20 after the substance has been pressurized in the pressure chamber 14 thereby to permit the pressurized substance to expel under pressure through the outlet 20 in response to opening the outlet 20.
