Abstract: An optical means for an automotive vehicle which expands a driver's visual coverage to include areas which are usually not visible by means of conventional rear view mirrors, comprising an elongated optical conduit which contains a multiple number of convex lenses inside, said convex lenses positioned so that the outside view behind the vehicle can be captured by said optical conduit and thereafter formed into a magnified real and upright image in the optical conduit. A tiltable viewing mirror is provided in front of the optical conduit to enable a driver of the vehicle to view the image in the optical conduit. The optical conduit may be placed underneath a car top, or in a rear trunk compartment, thereby capturing the rear view behind the vehicle. The optical conduit may be folded into a compact size to reduce headroom interference in the vehicle.

Abstract: A camera can create a combined image on the film with two different light sources, and it comprises a slide projecting device mounted between the camera lens and the camera body. Upon inserting a mask and a slide transparency into the slide projecting device, the subject image on the slide will be projected and merged with external image coming through the camera lens to form a combined image on the film without using darkroom montage technique or photo studio facilities; it is particularly useful and convenient for a sight-seeing traveller to put his (or her) own portrait against a landscape or architecture background without bothering other people to take a picture for him (or her) or using a tripod.

Abstract: A portable and compact shoe shine apparatus with a replaceable roller set which contains a brush, a shoe cream spreader and a buffer, and a casing for housing the said roller set and the shoe cream container. Functions of removing the dirt and clean the shoe surface, applying shoe cream, and buffing the shoe surface to create a luster thereon can be performed and achieved with one unit with easy and simple operation.
