    Abstract: The present invention provides liquid cobalt resinate compositions as a liquid composition for use in auto-oxidizable coatings or as accelerator in unsaturated polyester resins, comprising: i. cobalt resinate, in an amount of 0.5 to 6.0 wt. % cobalt, relative to the total weight of said liquid composition; ii. one or more antioxidants in an amount of 0.1 to 2.5 wt. %, relative to the total weight of said liquid composition; and iii. one or more organic solvents, in an amount of 25 to 90 wt. %, relative to the total weight of said liquid composition.
