    Abstract: Provided are methods for producing n-doped graphene films. The method comprises contacting a graphene layer with an alkali metal-doped polymer layer. Compositions comprising (i) a substrate, (ii) a doped polymer, and (iii) graphene are also provided. The methods of the invention produce n-doped graphene films that are resistant to degradation, have high electrical conductivity, and low sheet resistance without altering the optical transmission of graphene.

The method does not require chemical etching to remove the metal foil and provides more a uniform graphene with improved electronic properties.     Abstract: Provided are methods of forming graphene laminate compositions and architectures. The method comprises: (i) contacting a graphene structure comprising one or more planar graphene sheets with a first interlayer material; (ii) depositing of a conductive material, where in the conductive material is deposited along an edge of the graphene and one end of the first interlayer; and (iii) contacting the graphene structure with a second interlayer material. Also provided are graphene laminates structures comprising doped graphene films having improved mechanical strength, electrical mobility and optical transparency.
