  • Publication number: 20240060731
Abstract: A header-tank assembly for a fluid, including: a header, a cover, a first baffle forming an end wall for a fluid channel at an end of the header, a second baffle including a first opening configured to provide a fluidal communication between the header-tank assembly and a fluid loop, a distribution device located between the first baffle and the second baffle, the distribution device including a first open end and a second open end. The first open end of the distribution device is in a contact with the first baffle and the second open end is fluidly connected with the first opening of the second baffle. The first baffle includes a sealing portion configured to be fixed to the first open end of the distribution device to form a fluid-tight connection blocking the exit of the fluid from the first open end of the distribution device.

  • Patent number: 11662158
Abstract: The invention relates to a heat exchanger plate (10) of a heat exchanger, the heat exchanger plate (10) comprising two faces (12, 13) extending between two lateral edges and two longitudinal edges (15) of said heat exchanger plate (10). The heat exchanger plate (10) comprises at least an opening (16) extending from a first face (12) to a second face (13) of the heat exchanger plate (10). The opening (16) is delimited by a collar (17) that is arranged around the opening (16). The heat exchanger plate (10) comprises at least a dimple (18) protruding above at least one of the faces (12, 13). Said dimple (18) comprises at least a flat area (19) and a sloped area (20), said sloped area (20) being interposed between the collar (17) and the flat area (19).

  • Publication number: 20210270532
Abstract: The invention relates to a tube (6) of a heat exchanger, the tube (6) extending mainly along a longitudinal direction and the tube (6) extending between two opposite lateral edges (21, 22) of the tube (6). The tube (6) comprises a plurality of canals (15a, 15b) that are parallel to the longitudinal direction. The tube (6) comprises a single first rank canal (15a) that is delimited by at least a first lateral edge (21) of the tube (6) and two first rank side walls (16a). The tube (6) comprises at least a second rank canal (15b) that is delimited by at least two second rank side walls (16b). A thickness (19) of both first rank side walls (16a) of the first rank canal (15a) is bigger than a thickness (19) of any second rank side wall (16b) of a second rank canal (15b) of the tube (6) and a thickness (19) of the first lateral edge (21) of the tube (6) is bigger than a thickness (19) of any second rank side wall (16b) of a second rank canal (15b). The tube (6) is obtained by folding a single sheet (23).

  • Patent number: 9920864
Abstract: The invention relates to a connecting device having a female part and a complementary male part, wherein the female part is a sleeve able to receive at least partially the associated male part with a gap between the sleeve and the male part for receiving a brazing material. The sleeve at least partially has a conical shape. The conical shape has a first substantially conical part having a complementary shape to the male part, with a first inclination angle with respect to a longitudinal axis of the sleeve. The conical shape also has a second substantially conical part with a second inclination angle with respect to the axis, with the second inclination angle being larger than the first inclination angle.
