Abstract: Described herein is a coating composition including a polymer containing hydroxy groups, such as a water soluble polyvinyl alcohol, and further including a tetraalkoxysilane and modified silica nanoparticles having a positively charged surface, where the coating composition shows advantageous properties such as low refractive index, good transparency and low haze.

Abstract: Described herein is a structured reflector for a photovoltaic module, where the structured reflector provides improved light conversion and efficiency, and a photovoltaic module comprising the reflector. In a photovoltaic module, a reflector sheet is arranged below photovoltaic cells, with a microstructured surface of the reflector sheet facing towards the cells. The microstructured surface comprises three-dimensional reflectors in the form of cones, whose apexes direct towards an upper surface of the photovoltaic module and whose aperture ranges from 100° to 140°.

Abstract: Aspects of the invention relate to block copolymers having the properties of thermoplastic elastomers made of blocks on the basis of isobutene monomer units as the soft segment and blocks on the basis of oligoamides composed of at least two base units, each of which comprises an amino or a carbonyl group in the ?, ?, ? or ? position to each other or directly bound to each other, as the hard segment. Such block copolymers are suited for producing fibers, microfibers, and films.
