  • Publication number: 20080161842
Abstract: A dissection apparatus is disclosed. The dissection apparatus includes a supporting mechanism, a holder, a driving element rotating the holder, a cam fixed to the supporting mechanism, a first sliding element, a second sliding element, a dissecting device disposed on the first sliding element, an aspirating device disposed on the second sliding element. When the holder rotates to move the dissecting device from a first idle position to an operating position, the first sliding element is lowered by the guide of the cam enabling the aspirating device to move from the operating position to a second idle position. When the holder rotates to move the aspirating device from the second idle position to the operating position, the guide of the cam lowers the second sliding element, thus, allowing the dissecting device is able to move from the operating position to the first idle position.

  • Publication number: 20080161722
Abstract: An aspiration device for cells or tissues loaded on a container includes a tubular body, a scraper disposed on the tubular body. The scraper scrapes cells or tissues from the container, and the scraped cells or tissues are suctioned into the tubular body. The scraper includes a connecting portion connected to the tubular body, an elastic portion connected to the connecting portion, and a scraping end connected to the elastic portion. When the scraper scrapes the cells or the tissues, the elastic portion deforms elastically to enable the scraping end to abut the surface of the container, thus, the cells or tissues are scraped.

  • Publication number: 20080148913
Abstract: A dissection device for organisms includes a table bearing an organism and at least one blade lifted or lowered to approach the table. The blade includes a connecting portion, a cutting portion having a curved edge, and a neck portion connecting the connecting portion and the cutting portion. When the blade is lowered to contact the table, the cutting portion is rotated with respect to the neck portion to have rolling contact with the table from a first point to a second point of the edge.
