  • Publication number: 20230001410
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a lid for a microtiter plate, which has a plurality of cavities arranged on a top of the microtiter plate and serve for receiving samples, wherein the lid is securable on the microtiter plate such that it covers of the microtiter plate. The lid has a basic body, which is embodied such that at least in regions, which are located above the cavities when the lid is on the microtiter plate, it is transmissive for light of predeterminable wavelength, and wherein the lid includes at least one closure element, which is embodied and/or arranged in such a manner that it closes at least one of the cavities in the microtiter plate when the lid is on the microtiter plate.

  • Publication number: 20220023868
Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus (1) for controlling the temperature of a sample carrier (2), and to an automatable laboratory workplace comprising an apparatus (1) according to the invention. The apparatus comprises a heating device (2) having a heater (3) and a movable heating cover (6), which is arranged over the receiving region of the heater (3) and is designed to press the sample carrier (4) in a heating position (H) into the receiving region (3a) of the heater (3) with a predefinable contact pressure, and a transport device (8), which is designed to introduce the sample carrier (3) into the apparatus (1) from an insertion position (E) outside the apparatus (1).

  • Patent number: 9399387
Abstract: A device electrically contacts an electrically activatable functional layer of a vehicle windowpane that is adjustable by a windowpane driver. The device has the windowpane driver with at least two first contact elements for the transmission of control signals to the functional layer. In an as-intended installed state, the first contact elements are in electrical contact directly with at least two corresponding first contact points of the functional layer or of a windowpane holder directly securing the vehicle windowpane.

  • Patent number: 9333930
Abstract: In the case of a collision protection method for a displaceable vehicle part of a vehicle, during the displacement of the vehicle part, a focused light beam is deflected by a light deflection unit along a predefined scanning path and reflected radiation of the same light beam is detected by a light-sensitive sensor to scan a travel path region upstream from the vehicle part. The presence or absence of an obstruction in the upstream travel path region is concluded on the basis of the reflected radiation, wherein the displacement is stopped or reversed if an obstruction is recognized in the upstream travel path region.

  • Publication number: 20150077141
Abstract: A capacitive sensor is configured for detecting an object, in particular for detecting a collision in the case of a movable vehicle part, and an anti-collision apparatus has such a sensor. The sensor has an electrode arrangement with at least one transmitting electrode and at least one or more receiving electrodes. The sensor has a signal generation circuit which is connected upstream of the at least one transmitting electrode. The signal generation circuit generates a transmission signal in the form of a square-wave pulse signal corresponding directly to a pseudo-random bit string.
