  • Patent number: 9835391
Abstract: A method for the heat recovery from a tunnel cooling apparatus, having one or several cooling cells for cooling products in containers by means of a cooling agent circulating in a coolant circuit, and a heat exchanger; including: controlling the circulating quantity of the coolant, and controlling the temperature of the coolant, wherein both the circulating quantity and the temperature of the coolant are measured and controlled on the basis of comparisons with predefined parameters, so that the thermal yield of the heat exchanger is optimized.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: October 28, 2013
Date of Patent: December 5, 2017
    Assignee: KRONES AG
Inventors: Falko Jens Wagner, Jan Karsten Münzer, Johannes Eckstein
  • Publication number: 20150320100
Abstract: A device is provided for treating beverages having at least one conduit for passing a flowable medium and having at least one wall element. The wall element is made from a plastic and at least one cavity is formed in the wall element.

  • Publication number: 20120312419
Abstract: A method for hot filling of liquids uses a flash pasteurizer including a first heat exchanger, a filling station and a cooling tunnel including a plurality of cooling cells. The liquids are filled into containers in the filling station. The filled containers are cooled in the cooling tunnel using a cooling liquid. The liquids are heated before being filled into the containers, by feeding thermal energy from the cooling liquid that was heated during the cooling of the filled containers to the flash pasteurizer using a separate heat pump.
